Once you sign up, you will get access to your vendor dashboard from where you can customize profile, link to social media accounts, upload your products and manage bank details. For better product visibility, we request you to upload product photos with a white background only.
After listing- What’s next?
All your listed products will then be directly visible in top search engine results like Google, Yahoo and Bing. Whenever your product is sold, you will receive an email notification. This information will also be available in the vendor dashboard. After this, you can start your shipping process and other fulfilment (only for subscribed vendors) or else the ShopEazzy marketplace will ship and do the required fulfilments.
Once the customer has received the order, the amount will be credited to the vendor account on a weekly basis irrespective of the payment type (COD or online). In the case of COD, the vendor is responsible to collect the vast because then the shipping will be processed by the vendor itself. We would recommend shiprocket / shyplite shipping tools for shipping.
A good interface dashboard where vendors get sales and revenue report along with analytics statement that helps them track their business output and work to improvise accordingly. The dashboard also supports variable product, shipping management, coupon creation and various other things that make the vendor experience enriching and user-friendly.
